By downloading or using Cooldown ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is a one-time paid product. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, through the applicable app store's terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 26 Branding Agency Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the App or its outputs.
The App, its design, and content are owned by 26 Branding Agency Inc. and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant no rights to our trademarks or branding.
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App except as permitted by applicable law or the app store terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms; the current version will always be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
