payreal — a Québec take-home pay calculator (income tax, QPP, EI, QPIP, RRSP).

Effective May 19, 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using payreal ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

The App is a one-time paid product. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, through the applicable app store's terms.

3. No professional advice

payreal provides estimates for general informational purposes only. It is not tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice, is not a substitute for a professional, and may not reflect your individual situation or the latest rules. Always verify important figures against official sources or a qualified advisor before relying on them.

4. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 26 Branding Agency Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the App or its outputs.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and content are owned by 26 Branding Agency Inc. and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant no rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App except as permitted by applicable law or the app store terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version will always be posted at this URL with a new effective date.

L'Application est un produit payant à achat unique. Vous obtenez une licence personnelle, non exclusive, non transférable et révocable, pour un usage personnel et non commercial, selon les conditions de la boutique d'applications applicable.

3. Aucun avis professionnel

payreal fournit des estimations à titre informatif général seulement. Ce n'est pas un avis fiscal, comptable, juridique ou financier, ni un substitut à un professionnel. Vérifiez toujours les montants importants auprès de sources officielles ou d'un conseiller qualifié.

4. Aucune garantie

L'Application est fournie « telle quelle », sans garantie d'aucune sorte, dans la mesure permise par la loi.

5. Limitation de responsabilité

Dans la mesure permise par la loi, 26 Branding Agency Inc. ne saurait être tenue responsable de dommages indirects, accessoires ou consécutifs liés à l'utilisation de l'Application.

6. Propriété intellectuelle

L'Application et son contenu appartiennent à 26 Branding Agency Inc..

7. Droit applicable

Les présentes conditions sont régies par les lois du Québec et du Canada.

8. Modifications

Toute mise à jour sera publiée à cette adresse.
